At FarmDidi, we take pride in the quality of our authentic, handmade food products; however, due to the perishable nature of our items, we only accept returns for damaged or incorrect deliveries. If you receive a compromised product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery to initiate a replacement or refund.
Return Process

Take clear photographs or a short video of the damaged product and the original packaging, ensuring the shipping label is visible.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our customer care team at [email protected] or message us on WhatsApp with your order ID and the attached visual proof.
- 3.Quality Inspection
Our quality assurance team will review your request within 48 hours to verify the defect or shipping error against our dispatch logs.
- 4.Resolution Processing
Once approved, we will either ship a fresh replacement at no extra cost or process a full refund to your original payment method.
