How do you ensure the quality of your products?

At FarmDidi, we work directly with local women entrepreneurs in rural areas. Every batch of our pickles, masalas, and snacks undergoes rigorous quality checks and is prepared using traditional, natural methods without harmful preservatives.

Where do you ship your products?

We currently ship across India. Delivery times typically range from 3 to 7 business days depending on your location, ensuring your food items arrive fresh at your doorstep.

Are your products organic and preservative-free?

Yes, our products are made using natural ingredients sourced from local farms. We prioritize traditional preservation techniques like sun-drying and oil-curing instead of using artificial chemicals.

What is your return and refund policy?

Since we deal with food products, we only accept returns if you receive a damaged, tampered, or incorrect item. Please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue to initiate a refund or replacement.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking through our secure payment gateway. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, we will send a tracking link to your registered email address and mobile number via SMS, allowing you to monitor your package in real-time.
